Being able to deal with your health issue over the telephone could save you a journey or the need to take time off work.
How to request a telephone triage call:
- If you are unable to use askmyGP, please telephone the practice between the hours of 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. The receptionist will ask for your name, date of birth and a brief description of the problem in order for the GP to prioritise the call.
- If you are not calling from the number you wish to be called back on, please have the number ready to give to the receptionist.
- Due to the current pandemic situation, please do not come to the desk to request a call back, our receptionists are no longer able to accept call requests at the front desk.
- If you are limited by shifts or other work commitments when you ring us, please let the receptionist know – this will be noted and the GP will try to call you back at the most convenient time for you.
