Our Mission Statement

The doctors of this practice together with other health professionals and administrative staff work as part of the primary health care team.  All members of the team have their individual roles which are vital to the delivery of an efficient and effective service of care to the patients of this practice. 

Zero Tolerance

We aim to provide the best possible service to our patients and hope you feel that we achieve that aim.  Our practice staff are here to help you, and aim to treat you with respect and dignity.  However, abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour which is directed at our practice staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances and patients who are behaving inappropriately may be removed from the practice list.
