Missed Appointments

If you can no longer attend an appointment you have booked in the practice, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can cancel the booking for you.  

If you miss a booked appointment you will be sent a DNA (Did Not Attend) letter detailing the details of the appointment missed.  If you receive 3 letters within a 12 month period you will be automatically removed from the practice register, which will mean you need to register with a new GP practice. 

This policy is in place to protect the practice and patients from patients who are habitual non-attendees and take up appointments from other patients who need them.
